State health ministry launches HIV AIDS education

Upper Nile State’s Ministry of Health says Malakal is leading in HIV case numbers in the state. A ministry official says the prevalence of the disease in the state is 0.8 percent, but a lack of condoms and awareness of the virus lead to increased numbers. Mamer Abraham Kuot reports from Malakal
